Brief
Due to continued growth, the company needed to expand their Southampton operation, leasing several acres of land in which to manage their growth in capacity. On the acquired land, there was a derelict Portakabin that could be used for office space, but which was in need of refurbishment.
The Project
Having agreed costs, we renovated internal and external aspects of the portakabin including:
- Replacing all the electrical systems for the unit
- New internal LED lighting
- New ceilings
- New toilet and shower area
- New kitchen installation
- Flooring throughout – a combination of vinyl flooring and carpet
- Complete internal and external decorating
- Repairs to the external ramps.
